Rolando Pardo has been a practicing optician for over 25 years working the gamut of varying optical businesses ranging from big chain opticals, private optician owned shops, and optometrists owned clinics. It was working with optometrists where he learned that the value of opticians was being over looked. That prompted him to seek a higher set of optical standards without constraints by creating Visioneers Optical.
